Refund & Return Policy

At Artglee, we want every kit to bring you inspiration and joy. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to help if something isn’t quite right. 💛

💡 CHANGE OF MIND

We currently do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we’d love to help you find something more suitable! If you’re unhappy with your kit for any reason, please email us at service@artglee.com, and we’ll do our best to find a solution — including an exchange if stock is available.


📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We’re so sorry if your kit arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate. If the item is out of stock, we’ll proceed with a refund.


🔁 EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your product, we accept requests within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at service@artglee.com to begin the process.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs

  • Once we receive your return or valid tracking, we’ll ship your replacement

If the new item is more expensive, you’ll be asked to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.


💳 REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Approved damage or incorrect item cases

  • Returned items received in original condition and pre-approved by our team

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping for change-of-mind or exchanges is at the customer’s expense

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we’ll provide a prepaid return label

  • Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns


🚫 ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Kits that have been opened or used
