🚚 How to Choose Your Carrier
- If your tracking number begins with "AS", please select JCEX as the carrier.
- If your tracking number is a 12-digit number beginning with "3", please select 4PX as the carrier.
📩 Can’t Track Your Package?
No problem! Just email us at service@artglee.com. Please include the phrase "Track My Order" in both the subject and the body of your email. You'll receive an automated reply with your personalized tracking status.
⏳ Tracking Info Delayed?
If your tracking seems stuck on a certain date, don’t worry — this is entirely normal while your order moves between countries and customs zones. Your package is still on its way!
🌍 Shipping Time Estimates
Our kits are shipped from warehouses overseas. Estimated delivery time from the day your order is placed:
- USA: 7–10 business days
- Other regions: 10–15 business days
