refund return policy

We hope every Artglee kit brings you inspiration and joy. If something isn’t quite right, our small team is here to help. Please review the policy below and email us at service@artglee.com with your order number.


Return Window & Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tools, threads, accessories, and manuals.
  • Contact us before returning any item—returns without prior authorization may be refused.

Note: For faster help, include your order number and photos (if applicable) when you email us.


Change of Mind

  • Requests accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • Customer pays round-trip shipping for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or ship the exchange.
  • If exchanging for a different price item, we’ll charge/refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
  • If the return is due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • For change-of-mind exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • We’ll ship the replacement after we receive your return or valid tracking showing it’s on the way to us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after we process it.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return items for non-quality reasons, we may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from the refund (e.g., US common regions approx. $7.99; remote/international approx. $9.99).
  • Returns that don’t meet eligibility (e.g., used or missing components) may receive a partial refund or be declined.

Return Shipping

  • Change of mind / exchanges: customer pays return shipping and any reshipment fees.
  • Our error (damaged/incorrect): we’ll provide a prepaid label or cover reasonable return/replacement costs.
  • Please use a trackable method; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used kits, or returns with missing parts/tools.
  • Customized / personalized items.
  • Digital content (downloads, PDFs, tutorials) and gift cards.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earrings) if applicable.
  • Items marked Final Sale / Clearance on the product page.

Address Issues & Refused/Unclaimed Parcels

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Contact us promptly if you need changes before dispatch.
  • Parcels returned due to incorrect address, refusal to pay duties/taxes, or unclaimed deliveries can be reshipped once returned; reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

  • Email service@artglee.com with your order number and reason.
  • Wait for our authorization and instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable).
  • Pack all items securely in original packaging and include all components.
  • Share return tracking (if you’re arranging shipping) so we can monitor progress.
