🛒 Orders and Shipping

What is my order number?
After placing an order on our website, you will be directed to the Thank You page, where your order number will be displayed. Additionally, shortly after, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will also contain your order number.
To locate the order number for a pending order on our website, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to the "My Account" page.
  • Scroll down to the "Order History" section.
  • You will find a list of all your orders.

When will my order arrive?
Order processing takes 1–3 business days before shipment. Once your item(s) are dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- International: 10–15 business days

How do I track my package?
To track your package, simply log in to your account and navigate to your order history. Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

How to cancel or change the shipping address after placing orders?
You can contact us within 2 hours to cancel or modify the order before it ships. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy ensures a hassle-free, no-questions-asked experience. To initiate a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with the return address.

What if the item has been used?
Please note that all returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition, as we do not resell opened products.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original method of payment. This typically takes place within 72 business hours of receiving your return.

Where will you refund my money?
Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment.

Who pays the return shipping fees?
You are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

Do you offer gift packaging or custom messages?
Currently, we do not offer gift packaging services. However, you can include a gift message at checkout.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes in the U.S. Some international shipping carriers may not support delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Can I change items after placing the order?
Unfortunately, we do not allow item changes after an order is placed. If needed, please cancel within 2 hours and place a new order.

What if my tracking number hasn’t updated?
Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to update. If there's no update after 3 business days, feel free to contact us for assistance.
