Thanks for crafting with Artglee! We’re a small, detail-obsessed team and we pack every kit with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–3 business days.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
- When your parcel ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email.
Note from our small team: during peak seasons or restocks, packing can take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving and keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Windows
Flat Rate Shipping: USD $8.00 on all orders.
United States & Canada — Main Regions
- Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days
United States — Remote Areas
Includes AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO and other carrier-designated remote locations.
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Other International Destinations
- Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days (may vary by country and customs).
Heads-up: Delivery times are estimates. Weather, customs inspections, or carrier network delays can occasionally extend transit times.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, your tracking number will arrive by email. You can also check status anytime on our Track My Order page.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@artglee.com with your order number—we’ll help investigate.
- After hand-off to the carrier, the parcel is under the carrier’s care. We’ll gladly assist with inquiries, but transit delays are outside our direct control.
- Please note: unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier network issues, or public holidays. While we do our best to support you, these factors are unfortunately beyond our responsibility.
Customs & Import Duties (International)
- Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in product price or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please review your local regulations before purchasing. Customs processing can add time to delivery estimates.
Address Changes & Failed Delivery
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need a change before dispatch, contact us ASAP—we’ll try our best to help.
- Parcels returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed deliveries, or refusal to pay duties can be reshipped once returned; reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
