Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A shipping notification email with a tracking number will follow once your order is dispatched.

We currently offer shipping to the United States and international destinations.

United States
- Orders over $60 USD: Free shipping
- Orders under $60 USD: Flat rate $8 USD
- Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days
International Orders
- Orders over $60 USD: Free shipping
- Orders under $60 USD: Flat rate $8 USD
- Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your shipment anytime through our Track My Order page.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@artglee.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
