💡 Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind — and that’s totally okay! You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs
- Please email us first to get the return address
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund or send the exchange
- If exchanging for an item of different price, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re sorry if your kit arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We’ll review and arrange a refund or replacement. If the item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund.
🔁 Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs
- Once we receive your return or tracking number, we’ll ship the replacement
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
💳 Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Approved cases of damage or incorrect items
- Returns received in original condition and pre-approved by our team
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and processing times may vary depending on your bank.

- For change-of-mind or exchange: customers pay return shipping
- If due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged items), we’ll provide a prepaid label
- Please use trackable shipping — we are not responsible for lost returns

- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Kits that have been opened or used
